The only reason why we would need to feel regret is i we're actually going to continue to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results until the end of time. If we know that we're going to give it a damn good shot at doing something different to what we've done before, we don't need to worry,. because we will be in a different emotional, mental, physical and spiritual space to where we were before.
