What Is the Purpose of Relationship?

Am I the only one who feels like relationships are both the most beautiful and the most challenging part of being human?

Sometimes it feels like we’re asked to hold so much love, loss, change, grief and still show up open-hearted. 🫀

This question has been alive in me ever since my divorce. And in this week’s Highest Self Podcast, I had one of the deepest conversations on the podcast so far with Dr. Zach Bush, MD on what relationships are really here to teach us.
