Is There a Better Solution?

Baelin: Parents should stop giving their kids money. Give them a sandwich and send them off to school or whatever else it is that they might want their kid to eat, don't give them money. Baelin: I think this is an eminently more reasonable, intensible approach. In every single town, you have some towns in middle America that maybe have one restaurant at most. The solution is to restructure the lunch program in terms of giving kids more time to eat instead of either in the morning or at two o'clock in the afternoon when they're out of their minds already.
