The Downsides of Simultaneous Investigations

They basically called Cy Vance to say, would you stop and defer to us? And so that quote unquote request was agreed to. It's a separate sovereign, but he did. The biggest issue I see there is just the issue of witnesses, like witnesses having to be interviewed two times and saying potentially different things. That's not an ideal way to prepare them.
