Is It Utilitarianism?

I think a man who saves three women from sex slavery by pretending to be someone other than he is sins while he does a great good. You can't send and do a great good at the same time, by the same act. I'm not trying to justify the act by saying the outcome is good. That would be utilitarianism. I'm saying the act is evil while the outcome isgood. Sometimes you don't start with thought and end with action. Sometimes you start with action and end with thought.
