A lot of people in the anime industry are just perfectionists. I mean, if I was working on one project for five years, I'd probably be a perfectionist. We actually simulate the entire production because we don't do that. What we do is very anime-like, but how people come into the industry is totally different. The standards to that more akin to gaming industry than the standard anime industry.
