The Pressure to Be a Clinical Leader

Bob Greene: Organizing pneumonia is an inflammatory response to a lung injury. He says corticosteroids are the only thing that's been shown to really reverse organizing pneumonia. When he gave testimony, his bosses from the dean, the dean and the chair of medicine were hiding, but they were exerting pressure through my chief. Greene: I refuse to see these patients die with lack of treatment because they were telling us to use supportive care only.
