Jeff's Stroke and the Challenges of Aphasia

Faith family and church community see Jeff and Mariah his wife through the challenges of aphasia which is what happens when one of the outcomes of a stroke that causes person to forget names and faces. "I miss our life before his stroke on so many levels I miss staying up with him after the kids go to bed at night and talking about this that and the other," says mother-of-three, Mariah. She's also grateful for God the Lord's blessing he has bestowed on us even if it's not in the way we used to.
