Strategy and Organizational Identity

i think culture is a very ky aspect. It's hard for me to separate a strategy discussion from culture. i was recently working with the company, and they did not have a clearly articulated vision for that organization. And without knowing where we were heading, it was really challenging to be able to decide if this acquisition would make sense as an organization.
