Homelessness

In order to protect homeless people from the winter cold, we needed to protect their outdoor encampments. The argument is so convoluted and backwards that if you're not involved in this and you're not close up you take a step back and you'll laugh at it because it's so ridiculous. We just let them back out because because we kow it doesn't address the rote causes. Same thing wita with or with our border. You know, te guarantee this is going to happen again.
