The fact that it has a mechanism by which the poorer countries within europe can catch up tothe more powerful countries m with additional funding is, i think, an important model that can be used for the rest of the world. I worry that these solutions are too orthognal to the immediacy of the farritists themselves,. like the communist which haunts the anti china witch hunts. You know, everyone's a chinese communist if you don't agree with us, kind of thing that's happening.
