How to Structure an Agency

Every time you add about 7 to 10 employees to an agency kind of have to rebuild it. I like to even just come up with ideas for it it's just like problem solving isn't it? Yeah how to get extra like 2% here and there. The way that the agencies now structured is modeled after the Army which is a couple of smaller unit teams, independently working from each other. It always goes from the project manager and then through the factory line.
