Christopher: A lot of times we struggle with bringing that to action, which is to do something about it. We created a little bot called LeaderBot that would like motivate you. And our engagement across our entire platform, after users have been on it for a year, is 50%. Christopher: If you give someone a library and they can flick through the titles or choose what they're going to work on then they don't actually do anything. They'll get exhausted from reading all the things they could do in their spare time. It's really just a year and a half of these small innovations that we just keep looking at what our population is doing and make it easier for them.
