Many women don't feel like their bodies are there own again for years after they have been pregnant given birth to a child or breastfed. It's totally normal not to have the same sex life as you had before. So firstly, go easy on yourself. Getting good nutrients in and then something like our morning person supplement can be really helpful if you're feeling quite depleted. And then finally, if this person has a partner, she can talk to them about scheduling sex like it doesn't sound romantic but when you're busy and life is hectic, spontaneity is just not going to happen.
