UX Design - Volatility, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous

In the real world, there can be a lot of changes in our environment that are completely outside of our direct control. Volatility is exactly what it sounds like. Things can change without warning, which might leave us unprepared. Complexity comes from systems or the business. In an ambiguous environment, there are just lots of unknowns and we don't know how to deal with them.
