The Role of Bone Stress in Bone Health

A more robust skeleton, post-pubity, is going to help them in terms of dealing with micro damage accumulation. And we see this in a lot of other sports where people specialize too early and they're playing sports 12 months of the year. They end up getting injured over and over and again and they don't make it to the elite level. We've seen this in long distance runners too, particularly females who really national level at a young age in their early teens. It's getting this balance between nutrition, being a healthy weight and being efficient as a runner.
