Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation was a surprising entry into my lab, like i never thought. It has to do with paying attention to our present moment experience without editorializing or reacting to it. So we want to take that observational stance, but we also don't want to engage with the content. We want to just watch it. And is that then recogniziing these moments where you are being pulled and theact absolutely and then deciding, you know, sometimes you get pulled and you don't need to be pulled away now. Ghtright.
