i think it's making sure you have a peto, some flexibility there, and holiday pay. Some of those things are really important. But also just the little extras that you might do. We've had somebody got a mixer one year, sowo this. I got this fit bityoeds. Like we've been able to do some really neat thingsd with our company. And i'll tell you, though, i find that this younger generation, the millennials and the ginzs, actually are extremely savvy when it comes to saving for retirement. They fill up our our classes. It just has to fit the work force.
