I've known a few athletes who've been through that too with the heart issues. So hopefully with this smarter approach to training that it doesn't happen as often. I spy myself managing more than I'm sure I'm coming up with session plans and stuff like that but there's a real athlete ownership and accountability on what they do now. We've got to be so conscious in the way we deliver sessions and look after athletes because there's such a history of bad athlete management throughout the years.
