FTP is often necessary but not sufficient for good race performance. It can take 24 hours to recover from a threshold workout or it could take 72 hours or even a little longer depends on how hard you go. Be aware of the limitations of I don't know I would say putting all of your eggs in the FTP basketYeah yeah and cuz here's a thought that I just had which is that you know how many posts have have we seen recently about people who are gonna like do strength training 3 times a week and threshold training three times a week to no God?
