How to Leverage Your Time to Help Your Doctor

A doctor might say, well, I have the time to do it. I might as well take it myself. But there they're not skating to where the puck is going because I want them to envision a day where they need to be more efficient. So if you could be in the next room doing something else, then you're leveraging your time and have your assistant do that. The other way to think about it, and this maybe will strike home, hypothetically, and I'm going to make up numbers here. Let's say you pay your dental assistant $20 an hour. Doctor, if you're taking those photos, and a dental assistant could do it at $20an hour
