The Challenge of Uncertainty Visualization in Decision-Making
It's so hard to count insights or to say this decision was I don't know twice as big as the other one because you're in a much more fuzzy area. The key to my research is that I do very controlled laboratory experiments to try to reduce some of that noise where possible. It's going to take many many experiments to build up lots of evidence to feel like we have it right, he says.
