Getting the Most Out of Your Talent
i think there's a heavy emphasis on hiring the best talent in the discourse. But i like to, you know, one of the things i love is like, building up a team from scratch. And so i've tripled the size of my team since i started here last rn. Part of it is because i like taking sort of this blank space and starting from nothing. There comes a point where now you have to like, maintain the team and grow the complexity of what it's doing. How much do you feel growing your team actually grows your productivity?
