I am still pretty obsessive about stats, even though i'm saying, you know, stay consistent and resilient. I track how many followers i get in a spread sheet. If i do start seeing a slow down in subscribers, if i start seeing a higher unsubscribed rate, or a lower open rate, that's telling me something. And is telling me either i need to hamp things up and prove things, talk to people to find out what, what's going wrong may be with my content. Or i need to make some kind of change.
