The Fed Is Boxed Into a Corner

Inflation is good for real estate and that the key is to control it with debt. The fed will fight it to nail, because the entire system would emploit if interest rates went up. As long as the bond market s to be preserved, interest strats will stay low. If you don't have the equity in the property, it's less of a concern. And history says the fed will step in and reflate real estate and generate more inflation.
