The Relationship Between Gas Prices and Electricity Prices

Some huge start to electricity prices much relief to all you write. We're not really going to see any benefits long term and sort of consistent benefits from locals wind and solar until we can actually replace gas as the set of marginal pricing. That's probably best under short term with battery storage and have a long term with pump to hydro. The futures price for electricity across most states other than Victoria and out is 2025, 2026 in Queensland it's mostly sitting around $100 more or less at the moment which is certainly higher than what Australians have been used to.
