The Importance of Family in the Military
I am by no means unique in saying that being in the world of special operations is difficult on relationships. It's not so simple to say that people reject their families in order to have the military life but it does happen and it happens free all the time. Nathan Spiering is a really good example of this where he said my family is more important than my job, I made some sacrifices and he's done his work.
