The Relationship Between Mindfulness and Mindfulness

Every morning I do one of the 10 minute guided meditations on IUs. The point is not to be a victim of the emotions that happen to appear in your mind at a certain time. If you're focusing on like the air going in your nose and out your mouth or whatever you're doing, then you're not thinking about what you're doing that afternoon or that morning or what happened yesterday. That's just sort of my take on it. And I feel like when what you're trying to control is you're breathing something that's happening right now... Yeah.
