What's the Christian History of Gender Expansion?
LZ Granderson: I love your term of gender expansiveness. So let's talk about all of the different examples of gender expansive folks that have been a part of not only history in general, but specifically Christian history. LZ: There are lots of biblical figures who take on these roles that are considered opposite of their gender or different from their gender. And so we see that with particularly in the culture of the ancient times of the Bible, we see eunuchs who play a different role.
