Was Molina an Important Artist?
Molina was a professional artist in the sense that, you know, he made artworks and he sold them. He exhibited them in galleries, including major shows in New York City in Washington, D.C. And if people want to evaluate them in terms of their value in the art world or their aesthetic value or whatever, that's fine. But that wasn't something I was interested in doing. Nor is it something like intellectually or professionally I'm equipped to do.
