The Importance of Timelines in Weight Loss

It should probably take three to six months to diet down based upon how far you have to go with a higher number. If you are walking around at 96 as your natural weight and you're cutting down to 83, that's why I started in February and then just competed in July. You want to see is from the place where you're cutting, are you actually getting stronger per body weight? And if you start to get weaker, that means something in your plan is off and it could be something you can fix.
