The New Job Parameters

Job parameters are used, they get passed into a run for a given job. That job has certain behaviors that depend on those parameters. So you can key that sometimes how you want that job to have certain parameters. The conversion service takes the text and turns it into whatever for whatever thing there is a converter for in the database.
