In the current dynamic where companies are working from home, and they're realizing why we don't set good goals. We don't know if somebody's actually performing or not because we don't see them. And keyboard strokes are no indication of outcomes and output. That's forcing this conversation of creating clarity, of ally helping. Hay, we need to get better at goal setting and measuring progression on goals. It is multi faceted. I think there'll be a k shaped curve coming out of this crisis for companies that are thoughtful about what produces change. Those who are taking a multi-faceted approach will win in the end.
