The End of the Path Might Be Eating More Vegetables
Gregg: We don't look at one behavior change in a grandular enough way. He says we make the assumption that it's one big step, as opposed to lots and lots of tiny little ones. For example, someone not knowing how long they can keep fresh vegetables in the fridge for before they've got to throw them out,. Or they might have a financial barrier or some kind of social barrier with balancing what they eat with what their family eat. Gregg: A lot of beavior change does boil down to looking in a very fine grained way for what all the micro behaviors are that contribute to what we think is actually just one behavior.
