There's just been a lot more attention in the past few years to the power that state Supreme Courts have. I think with more of these questions like on abortion or redistricting ending up in state courts, I think we could see even more situations where one court says the state constitution says this, and then there is political organizing against the people on that court. That's absolutely something that we could see more of in the years to come.
