The ai is looking at this data set, but since the outputs are entirely new, you couldn't say that the owners of that data set would have ownership. So i'd compile lots of different data sets. I'd find images and paintings andad i've done like scraping. But it also brings up interesting questions that i've always proposed to people - there's not very much currentlywritten from a legality standpoint.
