I think the problem lies in Europe constantly looking to farm out its judgement to Washington. This whole episode with Germany is really a longing for someone like Merkel for a sort of steady comforting Germany that exists merely. Arthur do you have a response to that? We were all very friendly to Russia and China not so long ago. There's a question about Germany making it difficult for others to donate German tanks that they had bought. And the thing with the Abrams tank is a diversion. It just complicates everything but everyone. Yes, it's basically we need an EU army. That's the answer.
