Co-Governance in Canada and New Zealand
Canada and New Zealand have established treaties, as we know. There's a couple of questions that arise out of that. Has it amounted to a drift towards co-governance? And secondly, how's it been allowed for constitutionally in those two countries? I think you'd have to ask some specialists about those sorts of questions.
