The Origin of the G Di W?
South africa is more of a recipient of the em development tance, less so about provider of the initiative. Are there any other mechanisms that baging might try to use to push the g d i forward? So far i have seen very limited responses from bidging. Have already seen other em chinese ministries or addministrations in bajing on heavily involved at all. Mostly at the moment, is mostly m f a speaking very loudly for the steedy eye. But then adin of day, it doesn't look like something that china promote too hard. I think g d i has served that purpose very, very nicely to some extent.
