What Are Your Thoughts on the Advanced Fee Fraud Case?
The victim in the $500,000 case was a senior citizen. I didn't have a problem with Hamilton going to prison with his condition. The subject stole $2 million and he ended up because of his health, because of his age and because he had a really, really good attorney ended up stealing $2 million but not serving any present time. Then you have someone who did not have a good attorney and ended up getting 10 years. What are your thoughts about that? Well, obviously like you pointed out, there were different circumstances. And I think that was important for the judge to see that and that's why he got this.
