Sound Design Is a Wonderful Thing
Sound design is the right in process. If it's possible that your music could be transcribed to be played by an orchestra, then you may benefit from separating he two processes and find it distracting. I've been experimenting with this using a the old nod mug la, soft way prottipe it. And when you start listening to that there are things that your brain very quickly starts hearing as a kick drum. You just sort of stat a map rhythms and patterns on to it. Thet er not necessarily there, but your hearing them, and your brain is kind of passing in that way. It's like the piece of music will emerge at the end. i guess it's like apex
