Open Source Contribution After a Long Hiatus

I've never been a huge open source contributor, but I just had an interesting opportunity. So we're using Prometheus at work. It's a kind of a mechanism for collecting performance related information and then being able to grasp it out using tools like Rafana. And I looked at the implemented the just in JavaScript implementation, which is called, you know, unsurprisingly, prompt client. And I made it much more efficient. The funny thing is I actually have an additional contribution that I'm thinking of handing to them, which is much more complicated.
