Is There a Causal Relation Between Saturated Fat and LDL?

Saturated fat has a huge role in diabetes as well. There's so much evidence to support a causal relationship between saturated fat intake and LDL increase. If you, if you start consuming, say a lot of coconut oil, you can just watch your LDL go up linearly. Coconut oil is really high in saturated fat. Same thing with butter. So that's, that part's really not very controversial if you're truly looking at the nutrition science.
