The Ambivalence of Young People
I feel a degree of ambivalence and I want to make a case for like holding on to some contradictions that I think having a conversation with young people will really help us dig into in a way that isn't just depressing or make us feel like we're on a train, you know, running downhill. And often trying to enter the rooms, not only are they not being spoken to or heard from it's not for lack of trying but who is actively attempting to do that? "There are just like so many causes and reasons that were living out the particular version of escalation that we're living out right now," she says.
