The film begins with a young diana competing in the amazon version of a triaph or some res well. She tries to win by taking a short cut, and is told that no true hero is born from lies. Flash forward to 19 84, where diana, a k wonder woman, meets barbara and minerva at their place of work,. The museum receives an ancient object called the dream stone that, according to legend, grants wishes. Diana wishes her dead lover, steve trevor, back to life. But begins to lose her powers, two first names, it's a problem. Meanwhile, the failed business man, maxwell lord, seduces barbara into giving
