The Polarization of the Practice Center and the Academic

I've had this conversation with many researchers now recently, and I think we have to find a balance between people being too lazy to go and find out what the actual words mean. It's time for us for practice to inform theory. But also if we want to change a culture, or develop a culture, then we need to change and develop a language. So that takes both sides to work and forget it to do.
