The New Categorization of High Reliability Tools

In the current crop of AI, it's like really what they're talking about in the context of programming is GPT. And also all of the non-large language model things that people have been applying to programming have not had a big leap forward recently as far as I've aware. Having said all that, it does feel like there is a new categorization emerging in tools that didn't really exist before. The terms that I'm kind of thinking of are high reliability and low reliability tools.
