How Do You Maintain a System?
We run on er a weekly and a quarterly and an annual kind of cadence inside the business. How does this build into a rhythm? We have a weekly meeting with the team. And there are certain things like, throughout the week we identify any problems that crop up,. The systems oftentimes aren't created for the team to use them. They're just as they ae. I'm not a big fan of things like i so accreditation because oftentimes they create a lot of systems just for the sake of ticking a box.
