The RCN Is in an Exposed Isolated Position
The RCN represents 300,000 nurses in the NHS in England. Their pay has been eroded and they can no longer survive on £29,000 a year. So something had to be done because their voice was being completely ignored. The Health Minister Steve Barkley said this is a good day for NHS staff who will benefit from this pay rise.
