The Virtue of Prudence
Obedience should be excited at the prospect of receiving God's will. If you have a hyper-dossil spirit that can't address or recognize injustice, that's a problem. Prudence is an act of active obedience such that you're willing the good of your willing. For for autonomy, of course, you know, you give the law to yourself, right? What does that mean? Well, many people are like, oh, it means you just kind of make up and you decide what you want. But no, no, the content for the law is set. I mean, Kant has some pretty rigorous stuff to say about categorical comparative and so on.
